What it is for

A hundred badges from a spreadsheet, without an account

Design the badge once. Add people by hand, or import the list you already keep in Excel or Google Sheets. Every badge is generated from the same design with that person’s details filled in, and the whole lot comes out as a print-ready PDF or a sheet you can send straight to a printer.

That is the entire product. There is nothing to sign up for, nothing to pay for and nothing held back. The list of names you are working with — staff, students, attendees, visitors — never leaves the browser tab you typed it into.

  1. 1DesignPick a template and put {{name}} where the name goes.
  2. 2Add peopleType them in, or import a CSV and map the columns.
  3. 3GenerateEvery person becomes a badge, previewed before you commit.
  4. 4PrintA sheet at 100%, or a PDF at exactly the size you set.

What you get

Everything a badge run actually needs

And nothing you have to configure before it works.

One design, everyone’s name

Put {{name}} on the badge once and it becomes every name on your list. Same for role, company, department, or any field you invent.

Import the spreadsheet you already have

Drop in a CSV and the columns are matched to badge fields for you. Check the mapping, look at the preview, generate the lot.

Sheets that print at the right size

US Letter or A4, your margins, your spacing, cut marks where you want them. The PDF measures exactly what it says in millimetres.

QR codes per person

Encode a name, a ticket reference or a link. Drawn as vector in the PDF, so a 15mm code still scans off the printed badge.

Nothing leaves your browser

Names, photos and imported files are read on your machine and stay there. No upload, no account, and nothing in analytics.

One badge or four hundred

Type a single name for a visitor at reception, or generate a whole conference in one pass. Same editor either way.

Questions

No. There is no signup, no login and nothing to verify. Click "Make a badge" and the editor opens. Your work is saved in this browser on this device, so it is still here when you come back.

Free all the way through. There is no watermark, no badge limit, no trial and no paid tier to upgrade to. The PDF you download is the finished thing.

Nowhere. The CSV is read in your browser tab, the badges are drawn in your browser, and the PDF is generated on your own machine. Nothing is uploaded, and no badge content is ever sent to analytics.

Yes. Save the sheet as CSV, import it, and confirm which column feeds which badge field. It is quicker than a Word mail merge and you can see the finished badge before you print.

Anything from a 3 × 2 inch name tag to a 4 × 6 inch event badge, including CR80 credit-card size for ID cards, A6, and any custom size in millimetres. The sheet fits as many as the page allows.

Yes, as long as the printer is set to 100% rather than "fit to page". The PDF page is built in millimetres and every badge is placed at an exact position on it.
